Andrea Avendano
I founded ACG to disrupt federal consulting, zeroing in on the transformative powers of AI and digital solutions. Under my leadership, my vision for ACG is to become synonymous with high-impact client services and implementing groundbreaking technology innovations: Climate Intelligence and Adaptation Platform (CIAP), GovChatAI, and Federal Citizen Engagement Platform (FCEP)
As a woman and minority business owner, I strongly advocate for diversity and inclusion. These principles aren't just buzzwords; they're woven into the fabric of ACG, strengthening our organization and enhancing our relationships with clients.
Guiding the creation of a cross-functional team that is developing tailor-made, cutting-edge solutions, including low-code/no-code platforms and AI technologies, that streamlined service delivery for multiple federal agencies; created five MVPs of various AI/LC technologies; aim to achieve an 95%+ client satisfaction rate and measurably improved citizen engagement metrics

Alejandra is a dedicated and award winning professional with +15 years of diverse experience spanning public and private sector growth. Her expertise encompasses:
Leading technical assistance with outreach, operational management, technology implementation, and human resources.
Native Spanish speaker and has proudly called Arlington her home since 2012.
Sustainable and inclusive growth, with a strong focus on scaling under-represented organizations to reach their full potential.
Active contributor in leadership roles with the Arlington Medical Reserve Corps, Crystal City Pentagon Rotary Club, and Que Pasa Toastmasters Club.
Her exceptional contributions have most recently earned her recognition as a recipient of the Northern Virginia 2023 “40 under 40” award.
